Troy brings to Tenpenny Construction Company more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry and more than 10 years of experience as a construction project manager.

Troy was instrumental in coordinating the construction of the Westmont Faculty Housing Project, a master-planned community of 42 homes in Montecito, and San Marcos Court, a gated community of 11 custom homes in Santa Barbara. He has coordinated the entire construction process for several multi-million-dollar, custom-designed homes, from the hills of Santa Barbara and Montecito to the beaches of Ventura and Oxnard Shores.

The dedicated father of two children — daughter Abbey and son Nick — Troy enjoys spending time collecting Early American antiques and Native American art.

Tenpenny Construction is fortunate to have such a well-organized an detail-oriented superintendent on our team.

With more than 20 years of hands on experience, Kevin brings to Tenpenny Construction Company the perfect skill set. A fine background as a builder of custom homes, room additions, custom cabinetry and furniture making provides a cohesive fit for the hand crafted projects Kevin will be involved in with Tenpenny Construction.

With a broad background in construction, ranging from fire and water damage restoration, construction defect restoration, mold re mediation and restoration, Kevin maintains a consistently strong commitment to quality of product, client communication as well as a clean and orderly job site with great attention to detail in the finished product.

It is a pleasure to have Kevin as a part of our team. Kevin and his wife Lynda, have been Ventura County residents for over 40 years. It is obvious to me that Kevin’s skill set, commitment to community and overall desire to produce a fine product speaks for itself.
