Keith Maxwell is a licensed general building contractor and has over 25 years experience in construction. His expertise in high-end construction, fine finish carpentry, remodeling, custom cabinetry and furniture make Keith a perfect fit for Tenpenny Construction Company.

An eye for detail, a gifted sense of style and flow are apparent in Keith’s finished projects and budget analysis. One can’t help but realize how much the hobbies and personal endeavors that Keith enjoys contributes greatly to his love of people and expertise in the construction industry.

Something of a Renaissance man with many hobbies and interests, Keith has had many experiences in several artistic endeavors including film making, educational video production (a Telly Award recipient), music production, musical instrument design, sculpting, cooking, set design for stage and production design for film. A native Southern Californian, Keith has also studied interior design at Otis Parsons Art Institute and environmental design at UCLA.

As a father of three, Keith also enjoys additional personal hobbies such as sculpting, tennis, hiking, and playing his guitar. Keith’s love of building has remained a constant throughout his life and has brought him to Tenpenny Construction to practice his craft. With a wealth of construction knowledge and experience I am personally very pleased to have Keith as a part of our team.
