Santa Barbara Mission Style Estate

Everyone who lives in or visits Ojai experiences the almost magical atmosphere that this beautiful valley provides. With unobstructed views resting on 52 acres this traditional Santa Barbara Mission style home captures the Ojai Valley and its unique splendor.

Now completed, the full basement home has had many challenges. Heavy drilling was required for the installation of caissons, grade beams and structural supports necessary for the foundation of a home of this stature. Many state-of-the-art features were used in this project including the latest technology for water proofing techniques and structural steel.

Attention was given to every detail in order to literally bring this project out of the ground. The owners have been great team players in our effort to provide them with a "one of a kind" home overlooking what we all know to be a one of a kind place to live.
